Users may not use the platform for any unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to interfere with platform operations, to violate intellectual property rights, or to engage in any activity that could damage RETM's reputation or services.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes. RETM reserves the right to modify pricing with appropriate notice to users.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the RETM platform are owned by RETM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
RETM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be suspended, and you may request export of your data within a reasonable timeframe.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Saudi Arabia.
